48 Hour Approval
We will ship via TNT/FedEx or other carriers any guitar in our inventory totally pre-paid, on 48 hour approval. Usually all shipping costs and insurance are paid by the buyer. Returned guitars are the responsibility of the buyer until received and inspected by Guitarras de Luthier.
We can easily arrange for most of our guitars to be sent directly to you for a 48 hour approval.
Simply inform us by email and we will arrange it for you. Once the guitar arrives you can enjoy it for a full two days before deciding whether to buy. If you decide to keep the instrument just let us know. If for any reason it is not exactly what you were seeking, simply return it in the same condition as received for a full refund (less any wire fees/bank charges or card fees or custom duties and shipping costs).
Guitars are sent to you fully insured. You are responsible for all damage to the guitar from the time it is received by you, until returned to Guitarras de Luthier in the same condition as received. If returned it is highly recommended that you insure the guitar for its full value. Guitars must be returned by overnight or second day air carriage: TNT/FedEx, UPS, DHL. Client is responsible for all shipping charges (both directions if applicable) and foreign clients are responsible for all duties.
In-store purchases do not qualify for the 48-hour approval period.
30 Day Exchange
Within 30 days from date of purchase, Guitarras de Luthier will exchange any guitar bought from our inventory of guitars for any other classical or flamenco guitar that we own of equal or greater value providing the instrument is returned in its original condition.
Client is responsible for all shipping charges (both directions if applicable) and foreign clients are responsible for all duties.
Guitars we specifically order or customize for you cannot be returned. Deposits and payments done for booking are not refundable.
